Overbraid

Our overbraids consist of braiding over plastics and rubber tubing as well as any kind of cable. Materials used in this process are nylon, polyester, polypropylene, Nomex, and Kevlar. This braiding can be done in solid colors or any color combination to achieve the pattern needed.

In our facility we have the capability of braiding cable harness for automotive, electrical, and aircraft application. A sleeve of material is braided over the harness assembly in accordance with the customer's prints or specifications. Our personnel has many years experience in this process. We can overbraid with many different sleeve materials.
